If you purchase any subscription products or services from SHAVS ("Services"), the terms of use for those Services will be set forth in a separate sales contract between you and SHAVS. These TERMS OF USE will not in any way change or limit your rights and obligations under your SHAVS sales contract.

SHAVS takes no responsibility for third-party content (including, without limitation, any viruses or other disabling features), nor does SHAVS have any obligation to monitor such third-party content. SHAVS reserves the right at all times to remove or refuse to distribute any content on SHAVS, such as content which violates the terms of this Agreement. SHAVS also reserves the right to access, read, preserve, and disclose any information as it reasonably believes is necessary to (a) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, (b) enforce this Agreement, including investigation of potential violations hereof, (c) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues (including, without limitation, the filtering of spam), (d) respond to user support requests, or (e) protect the rights, property or safety of SHAVS, its users and the public. SHAVS will not be responsible or liable for the exercise or non- exercise of its rights under this agreement.

In addition to these Terms, your use of the Website is governed by SHAVS’s Privacy Policy, which is posted on the Website. You agree that SHAVS’s collection, use, and sharing of (a) any personal information will be as set forth in the Privacy Policy, which may be amended by SHAVS from time to time; and (b) any information other than personal information shall not be restricted by the terms of the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy and any posted terms or guidelines or legal disclaimers on the Website are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms. You agree that SHAVS has unlimited rights to any information other than personal information that you provide to SHAVS and that SHAVS may use such information in any way SHAVS chooses. Such information will be deemed to be non-confidential. The Terms subsequently address how SHAVS can deal with information that you provide which is not personal information.

If such reformation is not possible or permitted, the invalidity or unenforceability of such a provision shall not otherwise impact the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions hereunder. No waiver of any term or condition herein shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition. SHAVS reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice to you, and your continued use of the Service after such modifications will make such modifications binding on you.

User's right to privacy is of paramount importance to SHAVS. When you register to use our Website, SHAVS will ask you to provide your name, organization, email address, and other related information. SHAVS will use this information to provide you with a more personalized online experience and, where applicable, to process orders, as well as to keep track of what topics are of interest to our Users. SHAVS will not share this information with any third party.
