Job Details

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all Identity, Privilege and Access management operates efficiently, reliably and in compliance with required regulations, policies, and processes to support IT operations as per defined SLA's.

Related Duties and Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinates with customer on technical, process and environment related requests
  • Works as a coordinator between the customer and SDG team
  • Provides technical supervision to the support team.
  • Works with the team to ensure that SLAs are met.
  • Ensures that the support team is skilled through technical and process training.
  • Supporting Access management issues in customer environment.
  • Resolving issues coming via ticketing tools, calls and emails.
  • Participate and collaborate in meetings with the Client, Team and Application Teams.
  • Ability to handle a team of 10-12 support engineers and grooming them technically.

  • Being available 24*7 to handle any P1, P2 incidents.

Job Details

In this role, you will coordinate and support in the generation and automation of Monthly Financial Reports. You will manage the financial budgets of the company and five-year financial forecasts; regulatory plans; project analysis; process optimization, and development of reporting tools.
Related Duties and Key Responsibilities

  • Develops integrated revenue and expense analyses, projections, reports and presentations.
  • Focus on business development plans and strategy.
  • Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
  • Performs financial forecasting, budgeting and reconciliation of internal accounts.
  • Drives process improvements in the Finance Department.
  • Drives business goals, including cost reduction initiatives to ensure that they are adequately measured, managed and achieved.
  • Provides management with routine strategic tools, monitors and reports to drive the business results.
  • Implements best financial and accounting practices in all locations and benchmark external and internal operations.
  • Advises and consults in a financial advisory capacity with the Management Team.
  • Successfully performs various monthly tasks within the Finance unit, including data analysis, reconciliations, journal entry preparation, quarterly US statuary financial statement preparation and analysis, process documentation, and special projects.
  • Handles the computation of taxes due, preparation of tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and various tax requirements.
  • Prepares reconciliations and research out of balances by running queries, analyzing QuickBooks accounts and communication with business contacts.

    Skills and Abilities:

  • Familiarity with standard financial concepts, practices, GAAP, and procedures
